We do not automatically log personal data nor do us link information automatically gathered by third parties with personally identifiable information about specific individuals. Generally, this information is collected when you are requesting our services, like ordering catalogues, registering before downloading software, signing up for an event, using our online support or applying for an employment. If you cannot proof your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data. At any time, you may request that we delete, correct or complete your data. Security
SAINTCO uses organizational security policies and rules to protect the personal data we have under control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Our employees and data processors are obliged by us to respect confidentiality. However, SAINTCO do not give visitors the option of using a secure transmission method, therefore we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access while transmitting the data will never occur and the disclosed data will not be used improperly.

Use of cookies
Cookies are pieces of information generated by a Web server and stored in the user's computer as a text-file. The main purpose of cookies is to identify users and possibly prepare customized Web pages for them. The creation of cookies can be prevented and controlled by the user. Microsoft Explorer allows users to set their preferences to be warned when a server tries to set a cookie and be given the opportunity to refuse its creation. SAINTCO uses cookies in order to collect site-visitation statistics. When entering our site, a cookie with an ID code created while surfing on our site is placed on the customer´s machine. We do not gather any personal information using cookies. The only purpose is measuring the number of visitors to the different areas of our site in order to provide better service to our visitors. The statistics are based on anonymous information which cannot be linked with personal data about specific individuals.
